How can I pair my iV Charger?
Open the screen with Map, click on the iV Charger button, click on "Pair ŠKODA iV Charger", scan the QR code on the configuration sticker, and make your first iV Charger configuration.
Where can I find the configuration sticker?
The configuration sticker is part of all smart wallboxes packages. On the sticker you can find QR code, WiFi hotspot credentials or whole pairing code for manual entry.
Can I pair more iV Chargers on the same account?
The number of Wallboxes paired on one account is not limited.
Can I pair iV Charger, when the wallbox is offline?
Yes, you can but some settings like changing of the authorization mode will not available.
Can I edit wallbox name or authorization mode after first configuration process?
Yes, of course. All the settings are available in Setting section of wallbox.
How can I unpair my iV Charger?
Open the screen with Map, click on the iV Charger button, choose your iV Charger, click on "Settings", and click on "Unpair".
