Škoda Auto a.s. publishes on this page its General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of IT Services to external partners. These terms and conditions establish the basic framework of rights and obligations of the contracting parties in connection with the provision of IT services and form an integral part of the relevant contractual relationships, where referenced by the respective agreement.

The General Terms and Conditions are available for download in Czech and English and are intended to ensure transparency, a consistent interpretation of contractual provisions, and compliance with applicable legal regulations. The current version of the General Terms and Conditions is binding as of the effective date specified in the relevant document.
