ME3.8 Software Update
Available via Over-the-air for Enyaqs with software ME3.6 and ME3.7.
This Over-the-Air update installs the ME3.8 software in your vehicle. This software version delivers important system optimizations and bug fixes.
Cars with current software ME3.6 and ME3.7 will be introduced to several enhancements, including optimization of the fluid detection mechanism in the air conditioning system or a solution to maintain connectivity after the phasing out of 2G and 3G signal.
Who can get this update?
This Over-the-Air update is available for all Škoda Enyaq vehicles that are currently running on software versions ME3.6 and ME3.7 which have already installed software optimizations delivered in the previous software updates.
What to do
The software update for your vehicle will be rolled out gradually. Please wait until it is delivered to your car. Once the update is ready for installation, we will notify you through your infotainment screen. Simply click the "Update available" button on the goodbye screen after turning off your car to begin the process.
Please note that during the update, your vehicle cannot be driven or charged. For your convenience and comfort, we suggest starting the installation process when you arrive home or park your car. After the update is complete, you'll be able to continue driving your vehicle with no limitations, knowing that it's safer and more advanced than ever before.
