ME3.9 Software Update
The ME3.9 software update will be delivered to your vehicle in two consecutive Over-the-Air updates. Please install both updates to complete the ME3.9 software update.
The first update includes improved battery capacity stability for the online connectivity unit. The second update includes manual battery preheating function, the welcome screen that will now close automatically and improved Alternating Current (AC) charging stability to help maintain consistent charging power.
Who can get this update?
These Over-the-Air updates are available for all Škoda Enyaq vehicles that are currently running on software version ME3.8.

What to do?
The ME3.9 software update will be introduced gradually and delivered to your vehicle in two consecutive Over-the-Air updates. After installing the first update, please wait until the second update becomes available for your vehicle and install it as well to complete the ME3.9 software update.
Once an update becomes available for installation, you will be able to see the status in the MyŠkoda App, and you will also receive a notification directly on your infotainment screen.
To begin the installation, simply tap the “Update available” button on the goodbye screen after switching off your vehicle.
Please note that during the installation process, your vehicle cannot be driven or charged. For your convenience, we recommend starting the update when you arrive home or when your vehicle is parked and not needed for a while.
After both updates have been successfully installed, you can continue using your vehicle without any limitations while enjoying the latest available features and improvements.
