See and be seen
The Škoda Fabia features efficient full LED lights front and back, which tie in with the dynamic design. The full LED headlights are powerful and efficient and, on top of that, feature a side light and corner light. The new crystalline-design tail lights also use LEDs for all of their functions, creating the distinctive C-shape when lit.

Impressive safety
The safety of you and your family is our priority. The Fabia’s occupants are protected by up to 9 airbags that work in tandem with the three-point seat belts. Passive safety is complemented by a rigid body structure. Isofix and Top Tether are par for the course.

Driving in the city
Inching forward a bit at a time, lane switching, etc. The Fabia’s job is to make this easier for you. The radar located in the front bumper monitors the front area so that Front Assist can alert you or stop the car in the event of an imminent collision with another vehicle or a pedestrian. On multi-carriageways, Side Assist will alert you if there’s another car in your blind spot.

Parking
The parking sensors tell you exactly what is happening around the car, enabling you to park easily in the tightest of spots in front of a shopping centre. The Rear-view camera (with washer) displays the situation behind the car on the infotainment screen. Rear Traffic Alert will help you exit a line of cars as it detects whether another car is approaching and alerts you in good time. Park Assist can help by semi-automatically guiding the car into a chosen perpendicular or parallel parking space.

Driving on the highway
On long motorway journeys, you’ll appreciate Adaptive Cruise Control, which drives the car at a set speed, slows down when it closes the gap with the car ahead, and accelerates again when the road is open. When combined with the Navigation 9" and Traffic Sign Recognition, ACC becomes Predictive Cruise Control. Driver Alert ensures you don’t take risks – it alerts you if you need to take a break. The Adaptive Lane Assist recognises an unintended departure from the lane, providing a visual message, and initiates corrective steering.

Driving outside the city
Maintain optimal lighting when you move away from city and motorway lights. Auto Light Assist automatically turns the full beam on and off depending on the current lighting conditions and traffic situation. When you’re negotiating bends, you can rely on the improved controllability delivered by the Electronic Differential Lock (XDS+).
