Order your card

In the Powerpass app, fill in your personal data, choose a suitable charging tariff and order your first Powerpass card. See other slides to watch the process step by step.

Select preferred tariff

First, you need to select the charging tariff that will suit you the best. You can choose between Charge Free, Simply Charge and Charge Faster tariffs. If you’re not sure which one is the best for you, you can learn more about the tariffs below.

Make sure you have paired your vehicle’s VIN with the Powerpass app in order to unlock special tariff offers and Plug&Charge!

Confirm your new tariff

When you are certain which tariff is the best fit for you, you just have to confirm it.

Enable Plug & Charge

To enable your car to charge with Plug & Charge via your Powerpass tariff, make sure that you keep Plug & Charge enabled and that your VIN is correct.

Enter your details

Just fill in your basic information and this step is done.

Ask for a new card

If you haven't got your own Powerpass card already, let us know in this step and we will send one to you.

Select payment method

In this step, please add your debit card information and the Powerpass app activation is finished.

Note: Once activated, the tariff can‘t be paused and then reactivated, and you can only redeem the remainder through the app – it cannot be redeemed in cash.

You are now ready to charge

While you are waiting for your RFID card to arrive, you can still charge via the app using your new Powerpass tariff.
