The Octavia iV is fitted with an internal combustion engine, an electric motor and a powerful lithium-ion battery that can be charged from a socket, hence the name plug-in hybrid. When it’s not running on fully electric drive, the car uses a hybrid mode delivering a long range of several hundred kilometres. Another upside is more economical driving with lower consumption and CO₂ emissions.

With its plug-in hybrid technology, the Octavia iV offers eco-friendly mobility without compromising on agility. The drive system delivers maximum system power of 150 kW and torque of up to 350 Nm.
