How do I activate my RFID card?

When you receive your RFID card, you need to pair it with your account in the Powerpass app and set the card as "default for public charging".

What should the customer do if the RFID card cannot be paired with the app?

If the RFID card is not already paired with another account, contact customer support. Contacts can be found in the app or on the RFID card.

How can I set a replacement card as my default for public charging?

This feature is currently not available in the app and must be handled via customer care under "Help & Support".
