How can a card be blocked to prevent misuse if it is lost or stolen?

The RFID card can be blocked from the Powerpass application. Under the “My Cards” section in the main menu, the customer selects the card he/she wants to block. Upon selecting the card, details of the card are shown, and can be blocked using “Block card” at the bottom of the page.

How can I order a new RFID card if my card is lost or damaged?

If you would like to order a new RFID card and set it as your default for public charging, please contact our customer support under “Help & Support”.
