Head airbags
An absolutely new feature in the range of accessories for the Fabia. When activated, head airbags form a “wall” across the entire side of the interior, thus protecting front and rear passengers from serious injury.



Turning headlights
Instead of a reflective surface, the projector headlights use a lens to disperse light, similarly as in xenon lights. Depending on how the wheel turns, the lights are also able to turn to the sides – the headlight on the inside of the curve can turn up to 15° and the headlight on the outside up to 7.5° from the direct direction inside the curve.
Accident?
In case of an accident, automatically the hazard lights and inside lights are turned on, the central locking system is released, the fuel pump is turned off and the fuel supply from the gas tank is cut off so as to reduce the risk of fire.
Protection of pedestrians
Fabia respects the EU’s new directives on protecting pedestrians (Phase 1). In case of a collision with a Fabia, the risk of injury is now far lower due to the adequate distance between the bonnet and fixed parts in the engine area, the adjusted design of the front bumper and the addition of new parts that reduce the force of impact.
