Support of significant international sporting events is one of the basic pillars of sponsorship for the brand. Support of cycling events has been one of the strategic activities of ŠKODA AUTO since 2004.

ŠKODA AUTO company has become the major partner of the famous Tour de France, Giro d‘Italia, Tour de Suisse, Tour de Romandie, and the Road World Championship organised by the International Cycling Federation (UCI).

We sponsor also the Czech national cyclo-cross team. And since 2009 ŠKODA AUTO is one of the main partners of the biggest Czech mountain bike race series.
  
Since 2004, ŠKODA is the partner of one of the most prestigious and oldest cycle races in the world.
Support of international teams within the scope of the Pro Tour series of races is another sponsorship activity.
Beginning in 2005 ŠKODA is also the official sponsor of the International Cycling Federation (UCI).
